Te Ara Hihiko – the Creative Pathway.

We’ve come this far from stone to steel tools and now there are new tools and materials that we can use.

We’re up and running at the Waiohiki Arts Village and are now fully into making works for the new Te Whare Tapere O Takitimu Kura Project being built at Waipatu in Hastings.

Our aim is to provide support for projects developing art, design, architecture, projects and to function as enablers of good work in good places.

We recognise that access to equipment, support and know-how with people who can help can be useful with projects that need creative skills, insights and connections to people and place.

We’re utilising our creative skills as enablers to develop and make new work. We have skills in the cultural interface – whakairo, design and making, architecture, planning, place-making & project management.

If you have a project we can help with or are an artist, designer, architect, planner – contact us. we may be able to help.
